Description

The Spider Antenna is designed to enhance the reception and transmission signal of a portable radio station and, as a result, increase the quality and range of communication. This is achieved by elevating the antenna (to 5–15 meters) and, consequently, increasing the line-of-sight for radio communication in reception and improving the received signal, similarly in the direction of signal transmission. The effective operating band of the antenna is approximately 12–14 MHz.

The antenna is developed in accordance with the requirements of security forces and is intended for their use. It is made of flexible elements, which allows it to be folded during movement or active operations. The antenna has proven itself excellently when operating in field conditions while performing combat missions in various weather conditions, in conditions of complex terrain (elevation changes), dense forest plantations, etc. The radio communication range for portable radio stations of various manufacturers is significantly increased (by 2–3 times).

The antenna can be suspended at any height (building roofs, trees, poles, towers, etc.). It is convenient to use when it is necessary to provide radio communication from cover (dugouts, earthworks, trenches, basements, etc.). In this case, the antenna is deployed externally, which ensures both the safety of personnel and reliable communication.
